“DONT BUY FROM HERE AND TOD IS THE WORST MANAGER TO DEAL WITH ...!!! I am satisfied with my vehicle purchase, particularly due to the assistance of Tim, the parts manager. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with Tod, Worst manager to sit in the showroom and who has proven to be an ineffective manager. His lack of consideration for customers, coupled with his impractical planning and ideas, leads me to advise against utilizing their services for vehicle purchases. It is imperative that no customer should endure such an experience. There has been significant miscommunication throughout the process, involving approximately five individuals, none of whom appear to possess a clear understanding or effective means of internal communication. I have received three loaner vehicles and have been instructed to return my vehicle immediately, while I await the necessary repairs on my truck. While I acknowledge that parts have been ordered, the delay in this process was due to prolonged discussions. Despite my appreciation for the truck and the commendable service provided by Tim in the parts department, the overall experience has been notably disorganized. The image illustrates his intention to return the loaner vehicle at a gas station for immediate retrieval with baby seat. This is not the first occurrence; I have had to revisit the showroom several times to return the loaner. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
