Unfortunately they were spot on. The bait n switch is real and the lack of transparency is horrible. The price that was listed online they tried to up charge us by $2,000. Then tried to justify it and said they would honor the online price which should have be done in the first place. The salesman that calls everyone champ ( supposed manager) passed us off to I guess the real manager and he was on total nonsense. Questionable fees and pricing that was not properly explained or justified appeared on what was supposed to be a seamless transaction. That turned in a battle of the thousands. If you want a dealership that is worthy of your hard earned money. Please, I repeat please go elsewhere!”
