“I have just purchase a new vehicle with Sam. I must say he was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, honest and was really helpful getting me in the right vehicle. The experience was fabulous and I can recommend for anyone that’s looking to get a vehicle from Karp should check in with Sam. Sam delivers an outstanding service and he will accommodate to your needs. Looking for the right dealer, the right car, the right team. Karp will take care of you as you should be taken care of. True definition of a team as Sam help me 100% and still Mike and Jonathan were extremely helpful.”

“I went to Karp, with an idea in my mind about the car I wanted, but am totally not a car person. I walked in without an appointment, and worked with Eric Lee. I gave him my list of preferences and budget. He sat down with me and showed me a variety of options that checked all the boxes.
This was my first car buying experience, and a big purchase. He was patient and incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and, not being a car person at all, never made me feel bad for not knowing things, and never tried to talk me into or out of something, just to make a dollar. I never felt pressured and felt completely comfortable buying from him.
I also have to add that the financing process with Ismael was far easier and more pleasant than I anticipated it being.
The whole process from beginning to end was a breeze, for someone as neurotic and anxious as I am. I couldn’t be happier with my car, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team at Karp for their patience and help!”

“Updated Review:
I would not recommend Ernst to anyone because of his lack of professionallism and communication. He boasts that he is a no pressure salesman but what that truly translates to is a true lack of care and consideration . Once the sale is over the consideration stops . He knew a week ago that there was an issue with my title documentation that required an additional signature and instead of making me aware of the situation he waited till I called him to suddenly remember he needed to speak to me with regards to this matter . Then made sure to tell me that he was just the middleman not truly doing anything to help but solely responsible for making me aware , which he could not bother to do . I made him expressly aware that I no longer want to deal with someone who is so careless with my business once the money is exchanged . I would however like to say thank you to Jonathan who reached out to me and was able to rectify the situation promptly and appropriately.
Initial Review:
I had such an amazing experience here . It was the first no pressure , fully transparent and completely reliable car buying experience I've ever had . I have to say it's all thanks to Ernst . He's an amazing sales man that cares about the person and making sure you get exactly what's right for you and not just trying to do business . I will definitely be recommending this dealership and specifically Ernst's . 10/10 all around!!”

“Brad, the service manager did not want to honor the warranty that I bought at BUICK for an extended warranty. The car has 40k miles and it already has problems. Though I bought the warranty to cover it from BUICK themselves, the service manager Brad, stated if I bought the car there then they would honor it. Additionally they charged me $270 for a diagnostic, and didn’t do anything. The car clearly said what the problem was on the dashboard, and it didn’t fix it. They just charged me to say hey there’s your problem. So they charged me for telling me what was on the dash board. Completely a scam. Do not do business here as they will not honor you purchase or stand by their product. Additionally, they did not disclose anything for any information about charging for the diagnostic fee, then they held the car after and said if I don’t pay the diagnostic fee, I cannot have the car back. This is, of course, after Mitchell Kelley assured me that it was covered because I have an extended warranty. Then on their receipt they wrote that I requested the additional fee and diagnostic. Who would request to pay when they gave a warranty? This company does not stand by their warranty, does not stand by their product, does not honor even what they say at their location prior to taking in the car. I do not and will not recommend them.”

“Hands down best dealer I've delt with!!! Honest, kind, and made the whole thing go so smooth!! I will honestly never go anywhere else!! From the sales man Sarib to the finance manager to the girl from the dmv they went above and beyond to make things perfect!! And also gave me the most beautiful car!! They ended my stressful car journey!!”
