“My husband and I have been customers of this dealership for over 15 years having purchased our last 2 vehicles from them. I had always been happy with their service and recommended many friends to them over the years. I would tell people they were an honest dealership and only fixed what was needed when getting our car serviced. This changed 2-3 years ago. It started with the occasional up-sale. Get an oil change they recommend a tire change. Fine. Then the up-sale came every time, each time more aggressive. It got to the point every oil change or car inspection we left with no less than $500 in additional charges. I started to doubt if all they recommended was really needed but still trusted. Fast forward after a series of negative interactions, i stopped taking my car for service even though Buick/GMC had given me a year of free oil changes. A month ago I started to smell burning oil and decided to bring my car in for a diagnostic. I still trusted they could at least tell me what was wrong with my car since they are good at that. They recommended over $5600 in repairs to replace oil pan and a gasket. $5000 was just labor. Haley warned me that oil was pooling (it was a slow leak when i dropped it off) and made me sign a disclaimer. I rented a car and took my Buick to another mechanic. The other mechanic said, whoever worked on your car last left the oil pan plug loose and oil is pouring out of your engine. He replaced the oil pan plug for $14. No more oil leaks 3 weeks later. Have driven my car out of state. $5600 vs $14 actual repair. In my opinion this dealership crossed the line in honesty. Never will I return. Do not trust any service or recommendations!”
