“The goods: Drive it Now is 100% able to get you in a car the same day in a quick and easy process. The bads: The salesman told me that all of there cars are checked by a professional mechanic for any issues. Well if they are, they need to fire their mechanic. I bought a 2017 Jaguar from them and within a week, I was getting low coolant warnings. This could be a freak thing, but I do not believe so. I let them know that I was having an issue and they reminded me that all sales are As-Is, but if I brought the car in they would have their mechanic take a look. It turns out that the water pump magically went bad and was leaking coolant at higher RPMs. So the owner of the shop says, I’ll order the part and my mechanic will fix it if you throw him some cash. So, I leave it with them for a week and they tell me everything checks good and I should be all good to go now. Wrong, a week later, I get the same issue. I call them back and ask if he can look at it again and they tell me again about their As-Is policy and say they cannot help me anymore, but would give me their mechanics number. I reach out to him and he replies that he will help and then ghosts me, not returning any forms of communications. So my assumption is, they did not do anything to the car to fix it, took my cash and are now done with me. Leaving me to take a foreign car to a shop with a coolant leaking issue of some sort. My recommendation: stay far away, unless you want to get ripped off by some scammers.”

The car had a defective infotainment system, which was originally going to be a dealbreaker for me since I didn’t want to pay for the repair out of pocket, but they said that they would repair it for me and they did! “Ok so I left a great review before but now I have to edit my review. If anyone else besides drive it now sees this review, I have to say do NOT buy anything from them. We thought we got a great car. However, after a month or two we started getting problems with our car. And now after only ten months this car has massive oil leaks and transmission leaks. We had a gas line that busted. Alternator went out, the breaks are horrible, among many other problems. They gave us a warranty, but that warranty won't do anything to take care of these problems. Drive it now should be called drive lemons now. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM DRIVE IT NOW!! You will only waste your money.😡😡”
