“We looked for over 6 months for a vehicle more comfortable than our Highlander. Nick Roberson greeted us while we browsed the lot, showing us several vehicles. We still had a few vehicles we wanted to look at other places however our experience with Nick brought us back. We worked with Jeremie through the sales process of our new F150. “Bow was great to work with in all aspects. He doesn’t forget about what you’re looking for and actively will check in with you from time to time. Great guy thanks for everything Bow. Update, second week of ownership. After the “ inspection, service and Detailing of the vehicle” I realized the vehicle was likely not inspected, or serviced. It was detailed the second time I took it in for those services. The first time it sat for 6 hours. And nothing was done to it. It sat over night and the next day (today) the vehicle would not start. I looked at the batteries and they are filthy, rusted and have corrosion. Absolutely ridiculous! The tail light gets condensation and I was informed once the warranty paper work goes through they will see if it’s covered. The tail lights are broken on the inside corners. According to the Ford Pass maintenance records it was not serviced by Lithuania Ford save for accessories and glass. Furthermore I was given one key fob I brought this to the attention of Ford “it didn’t have two” was the response given. I assumed two Keys was a given from such a reputable dealership who’s motto is “Making Customers for Life” I am assuming I will not be getting a second FOB. I should be able to expect more integrity out of a company when making a purchase of that magnitude. The fact this vehicle was not thoroughly inspected and repaired is a direct reflection of the lack of professional integrity. No to mention a severe lack of respect for me in this transaction. How dishonorable.”

“I purchased a used truck from Lithia recently and overall had a good experience! Bradlee in sales was on top of answering all questions and concerns related to the purchase. Cale in finance was friendly and helped facilitate the process be smooth and as quickly as he could. I forget the name of the sales manager but I wasn't very happy with that interaction. First off he made it uncomfortable to try and negotiate new tires for the truck. The tires in question were weather checked and in poor condition (9 year old tires). This should have addressed with more grace but turned into a pissing match where I initially walked away from the deal because he was aggressive and dismissive. I was told they were already losing money on the truck and they had no further room to negotiate ( not my problem if you paid to much for the truck at auction)! Lastly, after spending 30k + I was given the truck on a quarter tank of gas..geez thanks. While Iam overall happy with the truck, I drove 4 hours and expected a great experience. Not sure if I would go out of my way to return but this was just my experience.”
