“Fact Check: I had an issue with the right headlight fogging up after a car wash. The service department discovered a crack under the right headlight. I spoke to the sales department—specifically Jean Clair, the manager, and then a higher-level manager—and they were willing to cover the repair costs. Today, they fixed it, and I am very satisfied with the results. I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Big Bend, and I love the car’s color. Thank you to the service department—Nate and Brad took care of the engine noise concern and checked it thoroughly, confirming there was no issue. They also performed a multipoint diagnostic. Great job! I consider it a five-star service experience. Dejon also advised me to buy a car with fewer miles and at an affordable price.”

“I hate buying a vehicle, literally hate it. My partner and I do it frequently though(almost yearly) and I can hands down say that this purchase was soo different from the rest. Kyle B was hands down the best salesman I’ve encountered. He was very straight forward and personable. Very professional and worked on getting to know us, our wants and likes rather than just focusing on trying to get a sale. I hands down recommend seeing him if you’re shopping around for a new car and don’t want to feel pressured while looking at vehicles. Shout out to Dom as well as working the numbers to get it to where we needed it! Appreciate you! We will DEF be seeing Kyle again at the end of the year to get a Bronco. Thanks again for the M4 man, we love it!”

“Easily has to be one of the worst and most unprofessional dealerships in the area. Caught the closing salesman (Eric) cussing about me behind my back to his boss after I went back to grab my keys from him. All be cause I didn’t want to purchase that day and had clearly stated from the beginning, that my visit was purely to gather more information and find some numbers. Go to Bud Clary Ford instead. They’ll treat you right and actually work with you to reduce cost.”

“I made multiple attempts to get an OTD quote on a Lightning. They agreed to a phone call, then bait/switched the appointment to onsite. I declined and told them unless they can provide an OTD price, I'm out. Then they dragged it along saying they couldn't use an estimate of my trade in value to come up with a price... after showing them a competing OTD paper printout, they told me they were working on it and would have it shortly. Three days later still nothing. Avoid this lying dealership like the plague, unless you want to have games played on you.”

“I took my 2014 Ford Fusion to address several recall notices, ensuring the car was safe for my wife, our 4-year-old, and our new baby. The car had no issues or warning lights prior to this service. I dropped off the car at 9 AM and received no updates throughout the day. When I called at 4 PM, I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Forty minutes later, I received a call saying all recalls were completed. However, during the test drive, a speed sensor error code appeared. The dealer claims their work did not cause this issue, but there were no concerns, issues, or error codes before the service. The dealer offered to waive the diagnostic and labor fees but said I would need to pay for a new part. Now, I am without a car through the weekend, despite the car being promised the same day. Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone, including the service manager, for further assistance. I hope for a proper resolution, as the car had no issues before the service.”
