I researched my purchase and I was already infatuated with my car before I ever got behind the wheel. But, I had begun to question whether I would be approved, due to factors that had nothing to do with my ability or determination to fulfill my obligation. Nevertheless, the team at Centennial Subaru made it happen. I am absolutely floored at the quality and sincerity of the customer service I received at Centennial Subaru.They were patient and understanding about my time constraints, no one tried to steer me towards anything I didn't want, and they worked with me every step of the way. My wife was included not treated dismissively and her concerns were respected and they worked hard to address them. I have a car that I feel safe driving, and that our family can use to travel in safety and comfort at only a fraction of the upkeep and fuel costs of our trade-in. Thank you for everything!!!!!”

“This dealership is amazing. My mom was looking into an EV with a decent payment and we were greeted by Tyrone May who was courteous and friendly. He showed us the Solterra and all the features and took it for a test drive. We loved it, such a smooth ride. Tyrone and the management worked with us in which we didn't think a deal would be possible, but they did everything they could and got us into the vehicle with an amazing payment. I can't say thank you enough for getting my mom into a new vehicle. When we got to finance Marc was great. No hassling, no selling you any extra stuff that you didn't want. Straight to the point and everything was so smooth. This is probably one of the few dealerships in my experience that won't nickle and dime you and would rather give you a great experience.
