“If I could give a rating of zero I would. My Kia Sportage was taken here by my insurance company after being stolen. To make a long story short. Apparently the work that was supposed to be done was completed. I received my car back in the most nasty condition ever. After paying over 2,000.00 for repairs I asked are they gonna wash the car as a common courtesy, I was told no, they didn't even offer to take it across the street to wash it. I was told only their sales department has access to get cars detailed. I wasn't asking about detailing my car a common courtesy of returning the car to a customer in a nice condition would have been good customer service. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place due to customer service. I Have photos to prove this”
