“Waiting room is decent, bathrooms are clean, although their “free coffee” has been out of order for months. Service almost always takes longer than the estimate given. Check in is fairly quick and easy, but the red headed lady at the service desk check in could use a lesson in how to be more customer service oriented & friendly. This is my second time dealing with her and her behavior and friendliness have been lacking both times.”

“My wife and I were very pleased with the discovery and purchase process at Asheville Chevrolet. This is our first purchase of a Chevrolet product and it a great process.
From our initial interaction with our sales person through the completion of purchase forms, every person we interacted with (including the receptionist), projected a real concern for our needs.
We look forward to a continued relationship with the people at the dealership.”

“My truck has been in for repairs for a month now. I gave the service representative all the information needed to get the job done as quickly as possible. For 2 weeks the service representative Never did his job 100%. Just yesterday he decided to tell me that I have a broken motor mount. I asked when he knew it was that way, he replied when we drove it on Thursday. I proceeded to tell him that is Very Very Poor customer service. Jon apparently got a little mad and hung up on me. As of this morning (Saturday) I have not heard back from the dealer ship.
If I could give the a negative star I would make it a minus 10 without a problem. I do understand that a lot has happened over the past few weeks but poor communication and very poor management is the problem at the Dealership. Jon Williamson was the service representative for my truck and his customer service attitude is the worse in the business. He can not be Honest, or Trustworthy or communicate with anyone
Update As of today November 29 2024
The GM or Service Manager has not returned my call to try and resolve this issue. I believe the next step is to take it much higher than them. My truck came out the dealership with Bigger Problems and all I get is it came in this way. I can tell you that my vehicle is very well maintained and serviced. If it wasn’t for the hurricane it would have been with the small guys that care about your vehicle and the safety of your family riding in it. It is sad to say I will continue to say Do Not Take Your Vehicle To Theo’s Dealership Ever
After taking my truck to a different place to have it looked at due to being partially submerged in water, it really tells the store of how bad Asheville Chevy really is. My truck is totaled due to the electric system in the trucks. Asheville Chevy just wants to say it is something else and doesn’t care about their customers. The service department has very bad communication and customer service. A Very Big Rip off. It is 12/9/24 and still the GM or anyone else there will call or figure out a way to make this entire thing right.
The greatest part is they think Insurance Companies doesn’t have copies or communication documents for access. They like to tell lies as well. So sad.”

“The employees was very nice and professional. Tony help so much. Doug and Jeff also helped in the purchase of my new 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss. I love the color. It drives and rides very comfortable. Lots of room. Thank you Asheville Chevrolet Exceptional customer service”
