Pure luxury with power

One of the best cars I have ever driven (I have had BMW's, Porsche's, Audi's and other Mercedes). The twin turbo V8 is a true pleasure to take on long road trips. The acceleration is phenomenal for a car this size. I just wish they hadn't changed the engine to a V6 with their newer models. I would not buy this car without the twin turbo V8. The engine and smooth effortless ride are what sets this car apart from its competitors.

I’ve owned and driven the GL 450

I’ve driven my GL 450 for over 6 years and have not had one problem with this suv. This is my 5th Mercedes in more than 30 years and I still own three. I can attest that if you keep up with all maintenance, put 93 octane gas and drive it sometimes like a Mercedes is driven in Europe, it will run well over 200k miles and in most cases double. I currently have a SL 550(2014), GL 450( 2016)and GLE 450)2020. I love all three and can attest they all drive and run great.

An Outstanding SUV

I have owned 2 Mercedes SUVs (including a GL550), 3 Denali XL Suburbans, and 3 Jeeps. This GLS 63 AMG is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. The ride is plush, but the advanced handling in Sport+ mode approaches what I experienced in Porches. It is exceptionally well built. Put it on a lift and the superior materials used on the undercarriage show you what you are paying for. Everything is over engineered and heavy duty. You will love this truck!
