Car Overview
FIAT 500L
When Fiat re-entered the U.S. market with the 2012 Fiat 500, the 500L came along for the trip across the Atlantic. The "L" part of the name referred to the vehicle's larger proportions, but the Fiat 500L was a different car than its 500-badged brethren. Best described as a compact multipurpose vehicle, the 500L had four doors and 42% more interior space than the 500. The 2020 500L carried five people, supplied between 22.4 and 68 cubic feet of cargo space, and had a turbocharged engine making 160 horsepower. However, it did not offer an all-wheel-drive option. The 500L came in four trim levels: Pop, Easy, Trekking, and Lounge. The automaker discontinued the 500L after the 2020 model year.
