The Cadillac SRX debuted in 2004 as a crossover built on a rear-wheel-drive platform. First-generation models come with either a V6 or a V8 engine, an optional third row, up to 69.5 cu-ft of cargo space, and available all-wheel drive (AWD). When Cadillac redesigned the SRX for the 2010 model year, the vehicle shrank significantly, losing its third row and much of its cargo room. It also switched to a front-wheel-drive platform, dropped the V8 in favor of two V6 options, and continued to offer AWD. The final year for the SRX was 2016, and all models were equipped with a 308-hp V6.
