“It’s such a bummer. I really don’t want to leave a bad review. Im sure if I would have been helped, they would have been amazing but I’ve walked into Underriner 3 times over the past month and there’s been NOBODY around. I waited for 10-15 min each time thinking well, maybe they’re just busy. But with it being 3 different times and no one was there, I’m really disappointed. I wanted to test drive the Nissan Rogue! Never had the chance. I’ve had great help with the maintenance team in the past. Didn’t have any issues with an appointment. But, they ended up losing a sale. Such a bummer. Maybe install cameras so you know someone is there? I can’t be the only customer to be ignored. Install door bells or something. A ring for assistance button? I mean, just something! You’re going to lose more sales guys! Just…..a thought. Take care. This comment isn’t to drive people away from going there. Maybe call them to book an appointment so they’re aware you’ll be there. Godspeed.”

“After hitting all the dealerships Thursday evening, we finally arrived at the little Nissan building where Isaac "Super Nice" LaFrenz invited us to look at a few vehicles that fit our strict criteria. We came back Saturday morning to test drive during the day and happily worked out a deal with Isaac and his team on a solid Subaru Ascent.
