“We took our Jeep to Corwin 3 times (6/22/23, 2/16/24, and 3/26/24.) Each time they had to take the intake manifold off. One of the 3 times they broke the intake manifold plenum where the PCV pipe is attached. It looks like they used some type of epoxy to try and glue this together instead of contacting us and letting us know what happened they decided to hide it from us. After we were treated poorly in our 3 visits we decided to take our Jeep to another reputable mechanic. They informed us of what they found. We contacted Corwin and were told they didn't do that and it had to be where I get my oil changed (changing oil does not consist of taking off the intake manifold) We tried to contact Alan at Cowrin. He decided not to communicate with us. This was not a cheap fix. It cost us 782.00. This is poor business practice all around. We want to warn others who might want to have some work done. Do not go to Corwin!”
