“Many thanks to Dennis Barrett at Porsche Rochester. First, I was actually amazed that Dennis remembered me from almost two years ago when I met him for the first time and test drove an Audi but didn't buy it. Good memory! Dennis is so kind and easygoing, as well as experienced and knowledgable -- all excellent traits to have in the person who would usher us through the process of buying my husband's dream car. I went in with Ben a little over a month ago "just to look" at the Porsches while we waited for my minivan to be done with its service next door at the Honda dealership, and we were fortunate to be in the right place at the right time, because when Ben asked if they had any new 911s, Dennis shared with us that, in fact, two new 911s had been allocated to the dealership and would be arriving in Rochester within another week or two. Ben jumped at the chance to buy the blue one (his dream), and Dennis helped to coordinate the purchase of a set of winter wheels, bike rack, etc., as well as the protective plastic and ceramic coating. Because our car was required by Porsche to be on display at the dealership for 30 days, we got to see Dennis several times when we went to visit our car during that time period. Dennis is a trove of knowledge about Porsche and the various accessories available; Ben and I both really enjoyed talking with him. We picked up our new car yesterday; everything was perfect. Thank you, Dennis, for working with us on this purchase -- Ben says he would be happy to give you six stars out of five if he could. And I think you were right when you told Ben, "Sometimes the car finds YOU." Thanks again, Dennis!”
