“Super simple experience. Found the car that we wanted on their website, had it transferred to this location, test drove it, found an issue, they had the issue corrected, and we bought the car. The pre approval process was also super simple, though we decided to go with financing from our credit union. We didn't use their lender - and they were no pressure about it. We didn't buy any warranty products - and they were no pressure about it. They gave us the exact amount for our trade that their website said they would. Overall, great experience!”

“First, I’d like to start by saying thank you to Cato & Amani! Bc of these 2 employees, I’ve given this review 2 stars instead of 1. Cato was an excellent salesman and I can’t say thank you enough for his strong recommendation on getting the warranty!!! If you purchase a vehicle from here, get the best warranty possible for your vehicle! Amani contacted me almost immediately after I reached out to Cato today regarding my issue with Alex in the service department. I understand things happen and I never expected the vehicle to be perfect as it’s a used vehicle. My issue is the customer service I experienced with Alex at the service counter. Purchase the vehicle on 9/12. By 9/23 I was dropping it off for service as several lights started appearing in the dash. Dropped it off at Carmax AFTER spending nearly $350 at Audi to have the vehicle assessed by them. Carmax found several issues that needed to be fixed. Recv’d a call from the Alex on 10/7 at 4pm stating the parts hadn’t come in. Recv’d another call from Alex on 10/8 around 2pm saying the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up I began asking Mel if all the issues I described and showed them when I dropped it off in 9/23 were addressed. As I’m asking questions, Alex cuts me off in a very abrasive manner stating “nothing else was found, the lights were fine”. I expressed that it was odd that it was fixed so quickly and how I was concerned that everything wasn’t properly fixed. A major safety issue with the vehicle not properly accelerating. He brushed me off and I was told I could Always bring it back bc it was “under warranty”. My issue is now time, money, and resources being wasted all bc Alex chose to not hear me (the customer) out. Less than 24 hours later (today, 10/9) the same issue has started up again!!! As I’m in heavy traffic on 277 merging onto I-77, the car doesn’t accelerate!! Major safety issue!! The same issue I was inquiring about when he abruptly cut me off and said “there was nothing wrong.” Now I have to return for a loaner vehicle AGAIN and this time Carmax is sending it to Audi to be assessed. I live 45 minutes (one way) away from Carmax. So driving 45 min with a car that may not accelerate properly certainly can’t be safe. I haven’t even had the car a solid month and having these issues, which I’m understanding of but if this gentleman is who you have customer facing for your service dept, then he’s a poor reflection of your business. I give Mel grace bc she was somewhat helpful but I never want to deal with Alex again and hope no other customers experience this. See the attached pictures for all the lights I’ve experienced in my short time of owning the vehicle. The same lights I showed when I dropped the vehicle off for service and the same lights I was inquiring about when he abruptly cut me off yesterday. I don’t appreciate the bad customer service from the service department and I want the issues resolved properly. Thank you”

“I went to look at a Wrangler. The process was wonderful. Easy, quick, and painless. After the purchase they took care of some needed repairs with no hassles. I had a nice loaner while my Wrangler was being fixed. My experience was great! I felt at ease with purchasing a vehicle at Pinevilles Car Max. ‐------‐----- Update: I don't have the Wrangler anymore. 2 mths of ownership, it was in the shop 6 times. The mechanic they sent me to twice said the engine needed to be replaced or at the very least rebuilt. I never really found out why 10 quarts of oil disappeared. They gave me some story about the rounded dip stick was hard to read and some other stuff. By this point I was done. At the end of it all, I ended up with a Lexus RX from the SBlvd location. I have NO issues with it so far. I loved that Wrangler, but I feel like the Lexus was a better choice for me. I was just not prepared to deal with the expenses that I felt the Wrangler would have in the long run.”

“Chad at South Blvd. was AWESOME in helping me get a vehicle! The process was super easy and fast. I was very upset that the vehicle didn’t have a certain feature listed on the window sticker (which was a main feature I was looking for) but that was in no way Chad’s fault. He did however get the price down for me due to the features being incorrect which I was very grateful for. Chad is still taking the time to keep an eye out and help my husband find a certain truck he would like to purchase. Thank you Chad for making our experience a pleasant one!”
