“Don't waste your time.misleading offers and unprofessional behavior❗️ Pacifico Auto Group contacted me multiple times via email and text, claiming they’d offer more money than Kelley Blue Book for my car. I never reached out to them first, but their repeated messages convinced me to bring my car in for an evaluation. My car is in excellent shape, so I expected a fair and competitive offer. Instead, they gave me a much lower offer than what was implied in their messages. When I asked why they made such claims, they became defensive and even shamed me by saying my car isn’t “special” and there are thousands like it on the street. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. The entire experience was a waste of my time. Their tactics are misleading, and their behavior is insulting. I would never recommend anyone visit this dealership unless you have nothing better to do. Avoid this place!”
