“Freaking Fabulous!! What an amazing experience! Recently divorced & was ready to buy a car on my own, picked a car out online, reserved it, arrived & was greeted by many women & very nice men too but women is what I needed;) Drove 2 cars but ended up going w/ the one I reserved, smooth & easy buying experience, no stress, very black & white. Came back the next day, met w/ business office staff (all women) who were fantastic & drove off w/ my very first car post divorce! Kudos to Tara & Brenda, the ladies who helped me w/ the sale of the car! Top notch place, would work there in a heartbeat!”

“We had been looking for a specific type of used car and found an absolute gem at CarMax. We had it transferred from San Antonio, then test drove it when it arrived and had been properly inspected. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. We had excellent people working with us, from a phone staff member in Virginia, a superb salesperson, Skip, with the transaction, and an incredible young lady with the finances and finalization of the sale. Very very happy with the whole process. And I love “Goldie.” ☺️”

“We had a really great experience with CarMax. We searched for cars using the website, which allows you to use different search criteria, etc. to really find the car you're interested in, and then we went into the Omaha store to test drive and, ultimately, buy the car we chose. The staff at CarMax was really good. No pressure, quick to finalize the transaction, each staff member, from sales to finance seemed genuinely interested in helping us. They even paid for an owner's manual when the car we bought didn't have the original.”

“They were fast and friendly. We really enjoyed stephanie. She was just to sweet. Everything was ready to go for us. The car looked brand new and smelled great! The building was huge, clean, and bright.
Unfortunately I need to change my review. We just bought our car in November and it has since died 3 times. 1 was our fault (we didnt realize this car had a different gas sensor and on a hill it wasnt sensing our 1/4 tank of gas, so the car thought it was empty). They only have a 90 day window to fix certain things. The closest date they had was Jan 6th. We finally got them to tow our car in on Dec 26th. Ended up being a broken battery exhaust tube. Didn't know that was a thing... the mechanic was super nice. He updated us when he got the car, he found tge problem, and will when he said the part comes in.
I realize things happen, but waiting til Jan 6th when the first problem occurred at the beginning of Dec was a but long for the 90 day window they give you to fix issues. I don't mind the 90 days. I think 90 days is great, but making you wait 30 of those 90 to get an issue fixed is a bit much. I think freshly bought cars should get priority.
Will probably update this again in the future.
As of right now, I'd still buy another car there.”

“The online and in person experience was great! Fast and easy! After I went through the steps online to get my car appraisal, it was shortly that I received an offer. Then was able to schedule my appointment and when I came to drop my vehicle off, everyone I spoke to at the location was very helpful and friendly. After my husband and I signed the car over, we looked at each other just dumbs struck on how easy and smoothly the whole experience was. You guys were awesome!”
