“I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the communication and service I have received from the service department at Sierra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monrovia. In October, I brought my vehicle in for an issue. After receiving repairs, I was hopeful the matter had been resolved. However, today I was informed that my car needs to be held again for additional repairs. This is incredibly frustrating, as it means my car is still not functional. What’s more distressing is that I have been left without a car once again. My 5-year-old son and I are now forced to rely on Uber to get to work and school, which is not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome. I was told that there are no rental cars available, and I have been added to a waiting list which I am pending a response on my status “in line”, leaving me without any reliable form of transportation, especially with the holidays approaching. This situation is overwhelming, and I am struggling to manage the lack of transportation during such a critical time. I understand that delays and issues can arise, but the lack of communication and follow-up is upsetting. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with an immediate solution, whether that be arranging for a rental or offering alternative transportation options, as I simply cannot continue like this. Please let me know how we can move forward to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.”
