They answered all my questions, even sent me video walk throughs of the car. When my own bank wasn't offering me the best interest rate for my loan, their financial department found me a better deal. The moment I realized they were really looking out for me was when they offered to deliver my new purchase to me 8 hours away. They knew I only had a short window and a long drive to come pick up the car. I offered to meet them halfway, but they insisted on delivering it all the way to me.
