“The salesman was waiting when I arrived, we'd talked by phone. I knew what I wanted and the transition went smoothly. I think this was by far, the best new car buying thingy in my life. And I'm certain my wallet will happy 😂. 29mpg from 13mpg! I bought an SUV and am very happy. From hello on the phone to waving - see ya later.”

“I was pleased at the ease of dealing with everyone involved with the sale of my vehicle. I used the texting option a lot which saved me a lot of time sitting around waiting for folks to get back to me. Jodi and Brad were very communicative and helpful. They even delivered my car (shout out to Kelly, he did a good job with delivery!)”

“One of the best buying experiences we have had ever. We dealt with Brad Mendoza and he was amazing, he was straight forward, very honest and polite and didn’t try to push a sale or tell us a bunch of bullcrap to make a sale, he worked with us to get our payment and trade where we wanted it. We did a trade in for an F250 on their lot and Brad made it as smooth as possible, Jason the sales manager also worked with us giving us what we wanted for our trade in. The finance manager Ronnie was also very polite and made this whole process easy.”

“We just bought an Awesome Acadia AT4 at Gastonia Chevrolet. Our sales person Chris Anderson was so helpful and is super smart about the cars on the lot. The process was great and the price was in our budget. Highly recommend Chris and Gastonia Chevrolet!”

“I have to say I never do reviews but I am very disappointed with the way this dealership handle things. There was a truck listed for 33,000 I called that day filled out credit app and then the next day they like sorry not the price we messed up. They raised it 4000 the next day on me when we had already discussed 33,000. I’m in the public service for a career. This dealership has zero values and zero integrity. I was planning on buying the car but unfortunately now I cannot being that took me out of my budget but they sure ran my credit before letting me know that. I would stay away from this dealership they are out for themselves and not the buyer that’s for sure.
Response from “owner” means nothing call dealership and talk to same people nothing gets fixed.”
