“Update: I spoke to the service manager on 2/18 who told me that I could bring the Jeep back in without paying for another diagnostic fee, but that I would now have to pay $1000 for an engine tear down so that they could determine what was wrong with our car. She told me that she would put my original diagnostic fee of $329 towards the $1000 engine tear down cost “to help me out”. So not only did I pay $329 for nothing, but they tried to charge me an additional $700 because they didn’t do their job correctly the first time. Their google reviews sit at 4.3 stars, but be sure to check out their Yelp reviews which sit at 1.7 stars. I typically don’t write reviews, but my experience here was so terrible that I had to. We brought my wife’s car in for a diagnostic test on 12/23/24 that was quoted at $250, but ended up being $329 after tax with a $49.99 “environmental charge” (see photo). We were told the technician "listened" to our car and was confident he knew what was going on. They gave us a quote to repair our vehicle for just under $5000 and we told them we would think it over. On 2/8/2025, I called to tell them we had decided to do the repair. They told me the quote I had been given was only valid for 30 days and that I would have to drop off our Jeep again for a new diagnostic test. Not only is it incredibly slimy of them to try to charge us an additional $329 for another diagnostic test, but nowhere on the paperwork that we were given does it say that the original quote has an expiration date. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first bogus charges that went along with our diagnostic test, but after how they handled things today, they will never get our business again. Stay away from this dealership and go find some honest mechanics.”
