“I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Chevrolet! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle that was perfect for me. Tyler Hudson was especially helpful, answering all my questions and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The financing options were explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a reliable vehicle!”

“Tavares McIntyre, Nate Pruitt, and Michael Turner did an exceptional job getting us in a vehicle we want. They fought long and hard with banks to fit exactly what we wanted. In the end they won. We got our 2025 loaded Equinox within our payment requirement and our term length. They couldn’t have done a more fine job. Go see the men at Enterprise Chevrolet if you want the best deal you can find around here!”

“I called Joel in the service department at 8:30 in the morning and he told me to come up and they would take care of my issue. I arrived at 10:30 and by 11 I was out in the truck was fixed. Great customer service!”

“It’s taken me a couple of months to write this review because I am truly devastated by the service I received from Enterprise Chevrolet. I paid over $1,200 to ensure my car was properly taken care of, but instead, I experienced the worst service imaginable, coupled with a half-completed job. As a military spouse, I had to move and leave my car behind. Once I got settled in my new state, I arranged to have my car towed to Enterprise Chevrolet. I notified them both before and immediately after the car arrived. However, a week went by with no communication from them. When I called to check, I was told my car had never arrived. Being states away, I was panicked, wondering where my car could be. I informed them that Joel, an employee there, had confirmed its arrival the week before. They insisted it wasn’t there but said they’d “keep an eye out.” Hours later, I received a call stating that my car was indeed there but had been blocked by a truck, making it “unseen.” This is completely unacceptable. When I asked Joel for confirmation in writing that my car was on their lot, he resisted, saying, “No hope in us at all, huh?” I explained that I simply wanted to cover my bases. When they finally began working on my car, I received an estimate, but communication throughout the process was terrible. I had to call repeatedly to check the status of the work. I also asked them to place the old parts they replaced—including the front battery, and brakes, in the back seat of my car. They assured me they would, but when I got my vehicle back, the parts were missing. To make matters worse, I received the car with the check engine light still on, the back brakes scrubbing, and the back battery completely dead—a issue that was shown in the diagnostic code. None of these problems were properly addressed, and now I’m having to pay even more money to fix what should have been taken care of while my car was in their care. Additionally, they were not upfront about extra charges. I had to call to inquire about a 3% upcharge that was simply added to my receipt without explanation. I would not recommend Enterprise Chevrolet to anyone. Their service was unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable. I will also be addressing this with corporate to ensure no one else has to endure the same experience.”
