“This place is nothing but a money grab or they really just don't know what they're doing just like most dealerships. Took my van there with several service lights on and flickering lights. After diagnosing, they wanted to do a bunch of unnecessary work. I'm a mechanic myself on heavy equipment, but have a warranty on the vehicle. I explained the stuff they wanted change was already done. And I know that's not the issue they still wanted to do it, so I said I'd pick up the vehicle. On my way back to work, the brake light and battery light came on. I checked the battery voltage. The battery was dying, the alternator was no longer charging. They say it didn't have a single code for that. And they had to go buy a protocol and fix what nissan tells them to do. Why wouldn't they just grab a Volt Meter and check the voltage . You have multiple codes come on out of nowhere its usually a voltage issue, not enough electricity to the sensors. They wanted me to bring it back, but why would I do that? When all they want to do is fix, things that don't need to be fixed. I'm not rich I cannot afford to play their games. Never again. Will I buy an Nissan or ever go to this dealership. Which makes it worse. This is the second dealership. I took it to fox Toyota in Rochester Did the same thing to me couldn't figure out the problem, but wanted to charge me for nothing.”

“This is my first time being at Nissan of Macomb for service. I’ve been to Nissan before just out of state. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the dealership, friendliness of the staff, and the overall level of service they displayed. I was also impressed with the service advisor going over the multipoint inspection in detail and recommendations as well as pricing for everything. I will return. Thank you for a good experience.”
