“We had a good experience with Tish at Novak Motors. Their pricing is fair and even upfront with NO surprise fees. The advertised price of the vehicle plus TT&L and a documentation fee is the "out the door" price. That's the way it should be! Tish was great. She really listened to what we needed and was very accommodating with test drives and multiple appointments to look at vehicles. And the best part...no pressure. She wasn't pushy at all. She seemed to truly want us to get the vehicle that met our needs. If they have a car you're interested in, we highly recommend you give them a try.”

“(Update) finally received payment. They responded to an email, guess that’s their preferred method of communication. Still took a year after the first request to cancel though. My fiancée tried to cancel her warranty the first time on 02/24, yet no one would respond. Then finally on 12/16/24 it was apparently cancelled, but the only way we found that out was because I called the service department to check on it. On that same call I asked about our reimbursement of the warranty. The General Manager Adam said that a check was allegedly sent on 01/14. But of course, no one ever called to let us know this, or even confirm our address, or I don’t know, email some kind of confirmation showing that our money owed was sent to us? Who just sends a $3600 check without verifying information?! I asked what address they sent it to, (because we moved since the purchase of the vehicle, which was 2 years prior to us cancelling the warranty) and all he could say was whatever address we gave them on the cancellation paperwork. After the call I checked the paperwork and there’s not even a spot to put an address… So I assumed they sent it to our previous address that they had on file, and I offered many times to have them put a stop payment on the check and I would drive the 2 hours to the dealership to receive the check myself. But no, he said that wasn’t an option, and that I would have to wait until the 1st of February to call to work it all out then.. very strange. And now we’ve called more than 15 times with no one to return my calls. I’ve left messages to the finance guy Bailey and I even called today and left a message for Adam, (General Manager…) and of course no response. This isn’t a large dealership that is overwhelmed to the point that they can’t take 1 minute to call, get our address, and have the accountant send us our money. I currently work for a Berkshire-Hathaway Dealership, and we’ve never treated a customer like this, especially after we bought a $50,000 Jeep from you, and bought over $5,000 in back end products. As a salesman myself I make sure all of my customers are taken care of because these are the people that tell their friends and family to come purchase a vehicle from me. It’s literally how I feed my family. This is very simple, make this right immediately and I will update my review. Nothing can be disputed because everything I’ve stated is true. Honestly it’s sad that I had to resort to writing this because it’s the last thing I wanted to do , but the lack of communication and complete disregard of our situation has left us with no choice.”
